The menu on the left hand side is the same as the one in "Easy For You".
Choose the menu to obtain the corresponding assistance.
Getting Started - Fast encoding of a document
Help Buttons in the Document management window
(1) Search field
Seek of a customer or supplier
Type the first letters of the required Code followed by a * (wildcard) in the search field. Next press ENTER or the button for research project.
(2) Search
Post a drop-down menu with the customers or suppliers according to the buttons "Sales" for Suppliers or "Purchases" for customers
Type the first letters of the required Code followed by a * (wildcard) in the search field. Next press ENTER or the button for research project.
(3) Edit
Select a document while clicking on its #.
Click the button edit (3) or function F3.
The body of the document changes colour and it is ready to receive the modifications.
Shortcut: click directly in the field has to publish, next make your modifications followed by ENTER.
(4) Save
Click the disk-icon (4) to save the modifications carried out with the selected document
Note: "Easy For You" carries out an autosaving every 90 seconds (parameter in the Tools->Parameters)
(5) Add new
To add new
document
or to add a
line
to the document if the document is in "edit" mode.
(6) Delete
To remove a
document
or to remove a
line
from the document if the document is in "Edit" mode.
(7) Refresh
Refresh from the documents in a network
(8) Print
Prints the selected documents
(9) Number
Number of document copies
(10) E-mail
Generate the document selected ( HTML format) in the clipboard.
If MS Outlook Express is on your computer, generates a new e-mail and carries out one automatically.
(1) Sales
Show only the pages concerning Sales or Stock-Output
(2) Purchases
Show only the documents concerning the Purchases (Buy or Stock-Input - Inventory)
(3) Open
Show only the opened documents
For example All the orders that have not been transformed into invoices yet.
(4) Closed
Show the closed documents
For example the invoices which have be printed or the orders copied towards an Invoice
(5) Not Paid
Show the documents whose type of payment is not filled (not paid)
(6) The number of documents displayed at the time of search
The selection cursor is used to filter the number of documents resulting from a query.
Note: The smaller the value, the faster the search, however, the former documents will not be posted.
Help Buttons in the Customer, Products… window
(1) Search field
Type the Code of the product in the field for finding the fiche or type a new Code for creating a new fiche.
Type the first letters of the required Code followed by a * (wildcard) in the search field. Next press ENTER or the button for research project.
(2) Search
Type the first letters of the required Code followed by a * (wildcard) in the search field. Next press ENTER or the button for research project.
(3) Save
To update the modifications of the current record.
(4) Cancel
Cancel the modification of the current record
(5) Edit
To modify the current record.
(6) Add new
Add a new record
(7) Delete
To erase the active record.
(8) Refresh
To refresh the information of the documents (to use in a network).
(9) First record
Go to the first record by respecting the alphabetic order of the Codes
(10) Previous record
Go to the previous record by respecting the alphabetic order of the Codes.
(11) Next record
Go to the following record by respecting the alphabetic order of the Codes
(12) Last record
Go to the last record by respecting the alphabetic order of the Codes
(13) Print
Print Screen of the current record
(14) E-mail
Send the data of the current record in a new E-mail
(15) Printing address
Printing address on envelope Or print labels

History
