Allows a quick and efficient help during our office hours.
Whenever an issue comes to your mind, do not waste time, progress quickly in learning the software, call our IT support and that explain the best way to proceed.
During the interventions of our support by phone or by e-mail, the minutes are deducted from your credit.
The support can also help you to install a network and resolve some computer problems, to receive instructions to perform effective backups or just move your software from an old PC to a new PC.
Interventions can be performed during our office hours (see schedule on the contact page of our website).
Note:
It is much cheaper for you to assist you by phone than by e-mail.
This is much faster, and is therefore cheaper.
The minimum maintenance fee by e-mail is 10 minutes (deducted from your maintenance credit)
The minimum maintenance fee for a telephone intervention is 5 minutes.
In our 'Premium' version, one hour of support is automatically included, two hours in the 'Advanced' and 'Pro' version.
